buckwheat biscuits

Making these cookies is very easy and then I love the biscuits with buckwheat, so I recommend you try them ... they are fantastic!

Ingredients:

300 g of flour 00
70 g of buckwheat flour
160 grams of butter into small pieces
150 gr of caster sugar
90 g of milk
1 packet of baking powder
vanillin
1 tablespoon brandy
2 packets of tea with blueberries (I had the mixed fruit)
a pinch of salt
1 egg yolk and half

Preparation:
Place in a bowl the 2 flours, sugar, stir and then add the butter cut into small pieces, mix with your fingers and create a flour.
Combine the egg, baking powder, salt, vanilla, dried fruits contained in packets of tea, milk, brandy and stir the mixture. If the mixture is too dry add the 'egg white (I added half).

Form a ball and place in refrigerator covered with foil for 30 minutes.

Spread the mixture with a rolling pin high about 7 mm and prepare cookies with molds (or get jiggy with it to create forms of all types).

Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown, possibly on the shelf of the oven a little over the top half.

Once cooled you keep perfectly for several days, sealed in tin boxes.
