Breading and very easy easy to taste 2 versions of the chicken with creative ideas.
The first light version, with un'impanatura of crackers, tasty the second version, with un'impanatura crumbled potato chips!
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast slices
250 g of natural yoghurt
2/3 packets of salted crackers for the light version (I used ones with rosemary)
qb french fries in the bag for fanciful version
Preparation:
Place the chicken breast cut into small pieces in a bowl with natural yogurt and leave to rest for half an hour.
In a freezer bag to put the crackers (or fries) and crumble, leaving small pieces.
Breading every morsel of flesh, passing several times nell'impanatura of crackers.
Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
