Ingredients:
400 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder for pies
100 grams of warm white wine
90 grams of extra virgin olive oil hot
2 teaspoons of salt
50 g of tomato sauce (just to put the pizza bagels taste)
2 tablespoons oregano (or fennel seeds, sesame seeds, pepper)
Preparation:
Mix the flour, warm wine, the 'hot oil, baking powder and salt, add the tomato sauce and' oregano and continue to knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Make a ball and let stand covered for half an hour.
Form the bagels getting from long sticks of dough about 8 cm. with a diameter of less than 1 cm., seal the ends overlapping on themselves.
Place the bagels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, without letting them touch each other.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25/30 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy an aperitif accompanied.
