This potato pie is really simple to create, a very tasty side dish for a taste of the potatoes in a recipe, hearty and tasty.
Ingredients:
6/7 potatoes
grated cheese (if you want slices or sliced fontina cheese)
Approximately 200 grams sliced ham (or speak for a touch more flavor and autumn)
butter to taste
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and wash them carefully. Dry and cut into thin slices thin.
Cover with greaseproof paper and a baking dish place a layer of potatoes, grated cheese (if you also want some slices of fontina cheese type) and ham (or speak) in slices, and continue to form the layers, alternating cheese and ham potatoes.
Finish with the last layer of potatoes, sprinkle with parmesan and have some butter.
