This classic drink is very easy to prepare and rich in calcium, provides 268 calories per cup, but its flavor is incomparable, because made with dark chocolate, so without the use of preparations sometimes uninviting. This drink will concquistera velvety and firm!
Ingredients for 1 person:
30 grams of dark chocolate
1 glass of milk
Preparation:
Grate or chop the chocolate, put it in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of 'water and stir over low heat until the chocolate is melted and creamy.
Add the milk, stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat, whisk vigorously with a small whisk and pour into the cup. Serve piping hot.
