Very simple recipe, but very effective and supreme delight for lovers of chocolate, one good trick to mount the egg in the snow and cool in the fridge even after 3 hours to get a better consistency.
Ingredients for a cup (for 2 cups doubling doses):
25 grams of dark chocolate at 50%
1 egg
10 g of butter
5 g sugar
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain. In another container to incorporate sugar yolk, add the butter, chocolate, a little hot water, and mix.
Separately mounted well the egg white until stiff, add a pinch of salt and pour the chocolate. Stir gently until all ingredients are well blended.
Pour everything in the cup and let cool in refrigerator for at least 2 / 3 hours.
