Ingredients for a bowl (for 2 cups double doses):

25 grams of dark chocolate at 50%
1 egg
10 g butter
5 grams of sugar


Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. In another bowl to incorporate the sugar to the yolk, add the butter, chocolate, a dash of hot water, and mix.
