
Trying looking here is another fabulous recipe for English muffins.
Compared to the previous one, which I have already suggested , there is little variation in the ingredients, but actually I do not know which one I prefer, so I suggest you both, the choice is yours!
Dry ingredients:
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
180 grams of sugar
a pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
2 eggs
200 g of milk
85 g of melted butter
aroma of almond cake
Sift flour with baking powder, a pinch of salt, baking soda and sugar, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Put the wet ingredients in another bowl, eggs, melted butter, milk and mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, mix well, but not too hard not to otter muffins.
Add 'flavor to the sweet almond.
Pour the mixture by spoonfuls into muffin paper cups and put them into the pan to muffin.Infornare at 180 degrees for 15/20 minutes.
Just take the surface of the muffins are golden brown, the muffins are ready.
Let cool on a wire rack and eat them warm.
