plum chocolate mascarpone

I am speechless this plum cake is amazing, you should definitely try it!
The same dough I used to make muffins too (obviously decreasing the cooking time) and these were sensational ... try it ;)


Ingredients:

250 g flour
250 gr mascarpone
100 g butter, melted
180 g sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g of milk
100 grams of chocolate fondende
a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy renterle.

Add the baking powder and vanilla and always continuing to stir, add the mascarpone cheese, milk and melted butter warmed (if the mixture becomes too hard to add the milk).

Cut into chunks and dark chocolate infarinarlo to avoid adding to the mix is at the bottom. Stirred to give a fast and pour the mixture into a cake mold lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes and do the toothpick test (if you see that darkens too much during baking, cover with a sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil).

Let cool and serve warm, too cold is great!
