
Ingredients:
200 grams of biscuits
100 grams of butter
500 grams of yogurt favorite fruit
60 grams of powdered sugar
200 grams of whipping cream
isinglass (gelatine)
Process for the base:
Chop cookies in a food mixer or a mortar, melt butter and add the crushed biscuits.
Take the dish on which you want to put the cake, make a circle with a diameter of 12 cm. acetate with tape and place it on the plate.
Spread the biscuits on the bottom of the dish with the aid of a spoon.
A process for the yogurt cream:
Whip the cream and slowly add the yogurt and sugar icing.
In the meantime, put the gelatine to soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
Do not let them soak for longer. Then put them in a saucepan with a tablespoon of water and dissolve over low heat with a little 'cream of yogurt, not let it boil.
Turn off the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Combine the gelatin quickly to the rest of the cream, aiutatosi with an electric mixer. Pour the cream into the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Hello! This weekend I tried to make this cake and I must say it is fantastic in these days of scorching heat ... thanks a lot!
I had some problems but I think as the cream of yogurt, cream and gelatin (2fogli) has remained a bit 'too soft for my taste, it was pretty firm even after overnight refrigeration .... What did I do wrong? The cream was better mounted, soda ... I do not know what is going wrong you know ... help me? Thank you!
@ Sara: you're right, in fact when I wrote the recipe I had forgot to write how many sheets I used, but these doses of cream and yogurt 2 sheets are few, I'd do it again to tell you the exact number of sheets.
In the meantime, if you have to do again, I suggest you increase the number of sheets, you can try for example with 3 or 4.
