Yogurt Cake with cold

Ingredients:
200 g of biscuits
100g butter
500 g yogurt favorite fruit
60 g of icing sugar
200 g of cream mount
isinglass (gelatin sheets)
Procedure for the base:
Crush cookies with a mixer or a mortar, melt butter and add the crushed biscuits.
Take the dish on which you want to make the cake, prepare a circle with a diameter of 12 cm. with acetate tape and place it on the plate.
Lay the biscuits on the bottom of the dish with the help of a spoon.
Procedure for the cream of yoghurt:
Mount the cream and slowly combine the yoghurt and icing sugar.
Meanwhile put the sheets of gelatine to soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
Do not leave them to soak for longer. Then put them in a pot with a tablespoon of water and dissolve over low heat with a little 'cream of yogurt, without bringing to a boil.
Turn off the fire and let cool to room temperature.

@ mujahidamuslima: I use the gelatin sheets and for this recipe, I used 2, but change the doses if you increase the amount of yogurt and cream. Good preparation and tell me about it is coming
