For this recipe I have to thank a dear friend who introduced me to new healthy and tasty recipes. Sacher This has nothing to envy to the original recipe, in fact, besides being delicious, is really special and can be prepared without eggs and butter. I only used a little 'vegetable margarine for frosting. Try it and marvel of goodness!
Ingredients for the cake:
115 g of sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
170 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
90 g of corn oil
vanillin
2 teaspoons cider vinegar (I had not I used brandy)
200 grams of cold water
1/2 sachet of baking powder
2 tablespoons apricot jam
200 grams of apricot jam filling for the cake
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, brandy, vanilla, the 'oil, jam and' water.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin hinged, lined with parchment paper, the diam. of cm. 23 (I used the 25 cm. And it was a little 'pan, with the 23 cm. Is perfect) and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the cake will be clean and dry.
After removing from oven let cool and cut the cake with a smooth, sharp knife, slide a flat stretch without borders (as smooth as you have) just cut between the two discs.
Fill the cake with apricot jam (better warm up a bit 'to make easier the writing), place the second disc by sliding it gently.
Finally, brush the cake with 2 tablespoons of jam, warmed and diluted with a tablespoon of water.
Spread the chocolate icing prepared as follows ...
Ingredients for the chocolate glaze:
100% vegetable margarine 55 g (for sure to bio)
30 g cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of water
140 g sugar
vanillin
Preparation:
Mix margarine, cocoa, sugar and 'water in a saucepan and bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute, remove from heat and stir vigorously until the mixture cools, then add the vanilla and spread frosting on top and sides of cake.
Refrigerate and serve cold!

Truly amazing
I also tried a variation that is perhaps easier for less experienced.
Glaze: a bar of dark chocolate to melt in the milk plant as needed for the desired density (wanting more fat you can add some 'corn oil)
Mix, to mix together dry items: 350 grams of wholemeal flour, 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a packet of cream of tartar (or baking powder);
Liquid ingredients to mix together: 6 tablespoons corn oil, 300 grams of corn malt, 200 ml of milk plant.
Mingle the whole thoroughly and baked in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. The consistency should shpuld soft but very firm and easy to work in the operation of stuffing.
With the magic touch of 'perfect recipe' would become definitely paradise!
@ Daniel: Thanks for the recipe, it looks really good, I will certainly try it!
